Before you install the ASUS Xonar D2X Audio Card on a motherboard, read all the manuals included with the package. To avoid electric shock or short-circuits, turn off the power supply before installing the device on a base plate or connect any individual cable to the device. If the device is broken, do not try to fix it by yourself. Please contact a qualified technician or your dealer. Before using the product, make sure that all cables are properly connected. If you detect any damage, please contact your dealer immediately. To avoid short circuits, keep clips, screws, and Staples away from connectors, sockets and circuits. Avoid dust, moisture, and extreme temperatures. Do not place the product in any area where it may become wet. Place the product on a stable surface. Before proceeding with the following steps of installation, disable the audio device integrated into the BIOS Setup or uninstall any other your PC sound card is recommended.
